On the invitation of Brigadier Muhammad Asim Ishaque, Managing Director NRTC (National Radio Telecommunication Corporation) Pakistan, the High Commissioner of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in Pakistan, His Excellency Admiral Ravindra C wijegunaratne

along with Brigadier Kaminda Silva, Minister Counsellor Defence made an official visit to NRTC on 14 May 2024.

 

The NRTC is a major defence contractor and provider of electronics, management, and technical services in both the public and private sectors. The NRTC is a leader in national electronics industry, engaged in the design and development of cutting-edge technologies through its Research & Development in Pakistan. Also the organization has been instrumental in advancing technology for Pakistan’s Armed Forces.

NRTC being a major equipment and service provider for the Sri Lankan Defence Forces in radio and telecommunication domains, enjoys lasting cordial relationship with many defence related institutions in Sri Lanka. During the visit capabilities of many products and solutions of our interests were demonstrated.
